Odd place to ask this, but there are a lot of tech-savy VGC-ers. I've met a few oldschool ones that have built programs before of varying kinds.

At any rate, I need a programmer that is fluent in either PHP or a C++ style language. The program can either be written to run on a server or an executable, but an executable would be preferred.

The job does indeed pay. I imagine that the program will require about 2-5 hours of programming.
