Ok so you all know im pro 360, pro PS3 (When there not basing 360 which is rare) and Pro Wii.

So me and my cousin are playing L4D2, online with some friends in versus mode.

My controller goes dead.. So i turn it back on, everything is working fine except i cant hear out of the fucking thing, oh and i cant talk.... WTF! THE FUCKING THING IS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It also shuts off randomly

Oh here is another note,when i first bought the Xbox 360 RE5 Bundle, my controller felt like it was put together shitty.

I love the 360..but cmon this is the worst piece of shit console iv had...the first piece of shit hard drive...then the fucking DVD drive then the fucking controller..EVERYTHING BUT THE FUCKING RROD WHICH IS FREE TO FIX....

that kinda stuff happens, always unfortunate. I felt similarly when my PS3 YLOD'd on me. Just have to figure out how to fix it and move on.

Yeah i know that but... Its less than a year old,iv had 3 problems already and....im not made out of cash....Im gonna using a half ass broken controller, oh im so broke im Silver, not cus i wanna be cus i aint got no money, but hey Its free play this Weekend, so im all good lol

Sorry to hear bout your 360 situation. Some people got it lucky (like have a launch console still working perfectly) while others dont. I hope that never happens to me with any of my consoles.

Look electronics these days suck, Had to fix my wife's blackberry curve, my work one just curdded out, my magellan 1470 went back once cause it would catch the satellite signal now its shutting off. Things that turn on will always have probelms.

Hey my HDD died 3 days ago. I called Xbox support and there is no way that they could replace the broken HDD without the "prof of purchase". I have to buy a new 120 GB HDD for 80 €. story of my life.

I mean, do I have to keep every freaking "proof of purchase" for every piece of hardware, because I know it will break sooner or later?

I had never any problems with the controller, headset, remote, vision camera or anything else though.

I read tons of threads about RRod, YLOD, firmware-troubles etc etc. I mean, I can get my Genesis out and play it with my friend whenever I feel like, but I know for sure my Xbox360 or a PS3 won't last more than 10 years. This is the first gen that has these problems.

Unlucky man, I hate it when that kinda stuff happens. Strangely though, it dosn't happen to me often.

I can understand you still wanting to play a 360 because of the games on it, but still... if this happened to me all the time, too bad for the games, but that console would've been out of here.

Btw, don't you have a warranty (standard) of like a year or two? I'm guessing you could just bring it back in? (unless it broke because you threw it at a wall or something :p)
