2012? Thats too soon. I thought this generation will be a lot longer than last generation (6+ years).
I thought the playstation 3 will last another 7 years.
PS4 will be in 3D.
3D L.E.D, 3D console, 3D gaming.

What do u mean? Doesnt PowerVR only make a lot weaker hardware than ATI/Nvidia?
If this is true that is one baaaad choice. The powerVR series were good back in the series 1 day but are so out of date now. This series 6 GPU is barely competing now never mind in a few years it will be like putting a PSX1 gpu in the PS3 now OMG!!

I checked imagination tec's history and I'm really not impressed...they've only once created a console GPU's for dreamcast and nowadays they only make cellphone GPU's...
I heard a rumor that instead of the ps4 using the powervr it's gonna be psp2 which uses it, it's would definately be better GPU than the current psp processor Mips R4000.
It would need to be a huge technical leap from powervr 5 to 6 in specs that it could even be considered better than the current cell.
@bladeforce the series 6 version isn't even out yet and it allready competes? :D
Can't wait for next PSP and PS4!!!!!!
I hope there's some backwards compatibility this time... imagine if console upgrades were like PC upgrade. I always loved re-playing old games on upgraded hardware on max settings.
