I found that those bad reviews that are very hard on the controls for the Wii, are usually made by people not used to the Wiimote at all.
It happens with my friends a lot. One of my friends is used to play 360, I loan him my Wii for 2 weeks because I was traveling for that time, and he suffered a lot in any game that needs precision to aim, he simply couldn't stop the pointer from moving a lot. When I came back he was used to it, and was getting headshots easily and it was difficult to go back to the dual analog sticks.
The reviewers usually doesn't have the time to get used to the controls, because they only play the single player and some of the multiplayer about 8 hours in total, they don't thinker with the control options to adjust to their needs and very fast say that the problem is with the game not with their lack of time.
I would give this game very good review, but not an excellent one, because the are some things missing from the multiplayer, they could have polished the graphics even more, and its a very late port without the DLC extras. But there is NO reason to give this anything less than a 7.
