The Ps3 doesnt have the MW2 bundle.

The Ps3 wont outsell 360 in NA anytime soon.

Unless they release Halo Reach exclusively for the PS3,and the next COD exclusively for the PS3,its practically imposible for the PS3 to beat it Worldwide before 2011

OK. If you believe that.

I look at the weekly console sales in the EU, Others and Japan (combined) and come to a different conclusion.

If you believe NA > EU+Others+Japan you just keep on thinking that.

I'd say NA+ UK+ Aus>Others + JP
That's why Xbox 360 in the lead of total console sales (compare to PS3)

I think PS3 will never exceed 360 in total sales. By the time xbox360 got another price cut, the gap will return to what it used to be. or even bigger. (look at what that walmart deal has done to 360) and don't forget Natal, with the new information leaked, it's most likely going to become a big hit!!

Not to mention since the PS3 Slim had come out in Australia the PS3 has been outselling the X360 nearly 2 to 1 there. So I wouldn't include Aus as a X360 stronghold anymore like it used to be.

ps3 has Others in its pocket as ps3 will have outsold 360 the difference wil become huge by the years

I didn't realize system sellers are composed mostly of boring FPS titles.  Seriously, I'm just waiting for people to get bored watching a bobbing gun blasting away at their screen.  It's just so exciting to see the new gun I'm going to bob continuously on the screen and shoot people with.  I've played FPS since the beginning of the Genre DOOM 1-3, Hexxen, Descent, Tribes 2, Quake 1-3, Half Life 2, Those stupidly boring world war FPS.  I've basically seen everything that genre has to offer, it's sooo last gen not to be able to see the character model running.  It's not even last gen it's about last last last gen.  What's the point of character design if the character only appears in cut scenes?  Are there frame rendering issues that prevents the modern FPS from evolving to 3rd Person View? 

Dude, you sound more like a 360 fan with that post.  Not everything is about FPS, it's just that the kids nowadays are still awed by "virtually being there on the battlefield."

If the $99 Arcade bundle proves one thing- its that MS can compete with SONY on that price point..sadly for MS, SONY is at $299 so I cant EVEN imagine the IMPACT of a $199 slim... FF13?  Really?  Ok...

FF13 is gonna pull the carpet under MS and ninty in japan for a few weeks EASILY. Remember how FF7 condemned the saturn to second place in japan, before which Saturn and psone were head-to-head... And If GT5:P sales are any indication.. GT5 will be huge too..



Doubt is not a pleasant condition, but certainty is absurd.

well considering that ps3 sold like 5 million less than xbox with 1 year advantage and 10 million more initially worldwide it is obvious that ps3 is going to overtake it sooner or later
