what you do is go to the site you want and get the video up and running on your pc. then get the exact address of it then put that into your ps3 browser, takes less than 1 minute for that video to be up and running in hd.

Thats the problem. Sony barely updates PSN. They aren't going to be helping Home for a good while either. I have a good feeling its because PSN is free.

Only use it to download user-created themes directly to the PS3 from the various theme sites.

i use to use the browser a lot, it actually worked pritty well for me, not as good as my new labtop, but well, never had a problem with crashing or anything like that, and it streamed hd very well, now mine is hardwired, with comcast blast at 16bpms, very very fast, i noticed if i ran the browser on wifi it did not run near as well, but using wifi for online play worked well, i did not notice a difference.also check your plug pin settings, and script settings, it might help

Its not completely worthless, I love downloading HD vids from GameTrailers. It works well with youtube and various other sites.

It's good for youtube, but that's about it.

I have to agree that the browser is pretty disappointing. I tried using it, but it was so much of a pain that I stopped. I haven't used for almost a year now despite the fact that I use the PS3 for hours everyday.
What I can't understand is why does Sony not team up with Mozilla to port firefox onto the PS3
