Retailers shuffled out of November, but Konami’s re-imagining of is still coming out soon. Real soon.Silent Hill: Shattered Memories

 

Konami plans on releasing the Wii version on the second week of December. Games typically come out on Tuesdays. So, we’ll take that as December 8. Unfortunately, we don’t have a dates for the PSP or PlayStation 2 versions which are due later.

Excellent news, I was quite unhappy when it seemed it will be delayed till 2010.
Here's a small something IGN have to say (enjoy it while you can since when review time comes, they will give it a 6.5 - 7.8):
"Konami's Silent Hill: Shattered Memories has long been one of our most anticipated games. Thankfully, we've already got an early copy and have been playing it every night -- and yes, just in case, we've donned diapers. You can never be too careful, we always say. For the record, it's just as scary as we could've hoped."

Ah, sweet music to my ears.
