Wow, that GAF thread has one guy who claims to work for Treyarch saying:

"Related note - you might also notice, in that video, that we couldn't add a Treyarch logo movie. We weren't allowed to. Just IW and Activision, front and center."

I guess we know who Activision's favourite son is, and who gets all the dirty work for no recognition. Makes me wish I could buy a copy without supporting Activision and their dirty ways.

He's more worried about his teams logo than someone getting their copy early *laughs* but that is a real shame since treyarch has done some good stuff and worked hard on the Wii, my second favorite Super Hero game Web of Shadows, they made it the same on the Wii as the PS3 and 360 and you could tell a lot of work went into it and they could have just did the lazy thing and put the PS2/PSP game on Wii but they decided to put a bit more effort into it and make the PS3 and 360 version on Wii.

IW are messed up for not letting them get some credit. they did all the work for gods sake! ok its not there game but he iw wasnt going to do it.

Understandable, since that was a pirated copy...

Uhm I'm pretty sure thats a copy that got sold early the shipments went out today and if you've seen people with pirated programs they don't execute them in the home menu :P

Something tells me that is exactly the point. And with the slamming CTYD got, who can blame them for wanting to downplay that this is a conversion of an HD game?

So, I can't play fun games on my Wii so I'm back to PC. ^_^

Totally tangent maybe but the point is it doesn't matter if it's mature or mother goose fun is fun.

Talks about supporting Treyarch is fine but really now, these guys aren't homeless begging for money, you don't need to feel anything for them, they don't even know you even if they do you it's business, I doubt they would lend you the game or feel bad that you don't have a copy so give you one.

If the game looks fun go for it, but it may be unhealthy to consider a purchase just to support someone and not because it's a good or fun game.
