Personally, I think Band Hero will sell more but only because it has Taylor Swift in it. As popular as lego games are, I doubt that there are very many parents who feel that the guitar hero and rock band games are unsuitable for children. The music genre is very oversaturated though I do feel that these two games are a bit more fresh but only because of the tracklists.
Also, I don't think lego games in any way or form appeal to people over the age of 11. I'm not saying that the people above that age don't play the games, I'm just saying that they are more likely to simply rent the game or wait until it has a big price drop.
