Again: what I said has nothing to do with owning one, I'm drawing a correlation between ownership and experience.

There's no provision in the rules for throwing out his vote, so that goes agianst the spirit of the rules set forth in the topic.

And there are many people who are voting for one system without ever having playd the other, so you would have to discount many, many, many votes.

He implied it. If he hadn't have implied it, I wouldn't have said anything. If anything, I applaud his honesty. Can we stay on topic now, this is needlessly derailing it.

I would argue that this is on-topic, since this is about the topic and how you, as the person holding this poll, are acting outside of the rules.

But yes, after all, it is your topic and I will gladly let the point drop - but I will retract my vote and be on my way.

^^ Acting outside of the rules, really?

Do...

- Vote for which one you like more

- Give reasonable answers/examples as to why

Saying that you haven't experienced either would mean you can't give a reasonable vote.

....I thought we were dropping this.

So I'm goig to assume that people who vote with nothing but the console name are also discounted.

PS1 for me.

It hosts my second favorite game of all time: MGS1
You also can't forget GT1, Crash 1-3, Spyro 1-3, FF VII and so many more great games.

First of all...CGI, you yourself said to drop it, so...leave it be no? The final say isn't dropping it.

Secondly Khuutra, you said you'd be leaving...implied by..."be on my way". So you shouldn't have responded had you left the thread.

*Sigh*

The PS1. It made gaming more mainstream than ever before.

Easy call for me. One of them had the best RPGs ever made from several companies, had a thriving puzzle and platform market, brings back the joy of yesteryear, and after how many years, still works as well as the day I got it. It has to be the SNES.

And YOU are still continuing this why?

I'm not "continuing" anything. It's done. Leave it alone. Keep counting the votes, and move on, nothing to see here. Dont reply.

SNES:
Well I choose it basically because I've had the opportunity to play more games on it. I've still played quite a few games on the PS1 but they didn't wow me enough I guess. Lens problems didn't help either. So I enjoyed the SNES more.

Fav games would be the usual...Zelda, Mario, Metroid. 3rd party would be Battletoads, MK2, Super Contra
