Definitely Gears of War 3, that will come out 2010 (following the 2 year cycle). And also maybe...that's all I've got actually. No idea what else it could be.
They may announce Gears of War 3, but it'll probably be a 2011 release. It's mainly going to be a bunch of Natal stuff, but I'm sure they'll have something up their sleeve.

That does not mean it'll happen with DOA. It can, but there's no guarantee.. I mean, Ninja Gaiden Black went on PS3 as Ninja Gaiden Sigma. But I didn't see Dead or Alive 2 ultimate, 3 or 4 make it to the PS3. They might make the next one multi-plat, but we don't know yet. There's still a chance it'll sta exclusive.

Ninja Gaiden 2 was published by Microsoft, and yet Tecmo, who own the IP, decided to backstab them and release a more polished version on PS3. Team Ninja is no longer run by Tomonobu Itagaki. He was the only reason their games were Xbox exclusives.

OT: I think it'll be a new IP from an extablished developer. I have no clue who, or what genre (though i expect it to be action adventure). Apart from that...i'm hoping for an exclusive title from Rockstar. They hinted at another location for the next GTA installment, and wheter that's a DLC game, or not, it'll be huge, and different. Could this be Xbox 360 exclusive though? It was hinted at in the manual of GTA: Episodes from Liberty City which was exclusive to Xbox 360.
