Ive played xbox 360 at mates houses a little bit before and always thought they were good but ill stick to just my ps3, but yesterday i spent all day at my mates on xbox live and it was well good. Because most of my friends are on live not psn, i could talk to all my mates while i played call of duty which was class, also we played left for dead which is such a good game, and just everything about the xbox i began to like, the whole setup and the much better multiplayer, quicker to get games and join partys.

So i looked round at some xbox 360 deals, and have a few questions. is 20g hardrive enough and how much does it cost to upgrade? also is there any big difference bettween the elite and premium? And to you still get the 3 year garentee if you buy a preowned console?

1) you don't really need a HD. 20 is enough to install a game (for less load time and noise only) and a few demos/XBL games.

2) no diff between consoles besides color (and for older ones HDMI port and internal chipset)

I'm pretty sure that if you buy a used one and it decides to RROD on you it will be fixed for free no matter how old it is. I have a 2005 model and it RROD on me a few months ago. Even though it was out of warranty they still fixed it for free. If you have the extra cash I recommend picking up the MW2 bundle since it is a 250gig HDD plus 2 controllers and a copy of the game you intend buying, MW2. Its not necessary to install games but you might like the idea of the games being read off the hard drive instead of the disk.

its a nice bundle but i dont have much extra cash as i need a wirless atapter and 12 months gold to buy also if i want to play online.

If your in the UK check out HMV (both the store and the website) as they have been doing some awesome deals lately. Much better deals than GAME and Gamestation last time I checked. I think you can get an Elite with two recent games for 200.

I'm not sure about UK game stores, or prices, but your best bet is to pick up a Xbox 360 Elite. Great to see you considering an Xbox 360, you won't regret it

The 3 year warranty is from the day the console was manufactured. So if you buy a 2 year old console then you have 1 years warranty left, etc. If I were you I'd try to get one that's only 1 year or so old at the most because mine didn't red ring for almost 2 full years so you really want as much warranty as possible.
