This. Anyone who watches Top Gear will buy this game and a PS3. I know what Top Gear fans are like and they go crazy.
i'm gonna predict its gonna have a higher metacritic score than forza motorsport 3 xD
A guy with a F1 avatar have been saying that forza 3 is gonna have a better score

I have to respectfully disagree with this statement. I think the big GT fans are smart enough to know that its only a prologue and while some big fans probably did buy a PS3 for it, I think a lot will when the full GT5 is out.

Any idea of what kind of sales spike the PSP is getting from Gran Turismo, due to the first full version of the game this generation, has come out first on the PSP?
think of it as a metroid or halo.
It's a franchise with a lot of old fans who might not own the system until the game comes out.

Right...
PSP- GTA: Liberty City Stories boosted PSP hardware by 20k on release.
PS3- The multiplat GTA4 boosted PS3 hardware by over 100k on release.
Do you now see why it is daft to compare PSP + PS3 sw/hw sales?
My brother is gonna buy a PS3 when GT5 releases. So it will have sold one system. And to the guy who called GT5:P a failure, are you serious?!?! How can a demo be a failure if it sold 4million copies(guessing with PSN sales)?

Every single person with PSP I know have pirated the GTPSP. Through another forums where I was active member, every single guy with PSP there pirated that game two days after release...

Yea and MGS3 was a niche game on the top console. But it sold more on PS3. Nice argument you have there. Pity it fails.
