Forums - Sony Discussion - Who reserved their PS3 Netflix disc?

I did and I'll most likely use it a lot. I have my PC hooked up to my TV but this will be so much more convenient.

This will only be replace by 1 of 2 things. Either they make a no-disc version, or I finish off my home media server. I'm still doing research and collecting money on the second option, so who knows when I'll finally get around to doing it.

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

supposedly this is from a guy who has a friend at netflix (sounds plausible)

netflix has to have it disc based for a year. They had a one year full exclusive with xbox and two years before it can be software alone at least that's why my friend at netflix told me.

Most likely because the M$ exclusivity agreement.  But hey, better than nothing.  Once exclusivity ends, I'm sure it will be integrated.
