MW2 (X360) will do a better week one than Halo 3? Seems a little too high for me.

It might, but with a game of this scale, the proportion of people that know about or will utilise the deal becomes smaller.


But Wal Mart is already one of the biggest VG sellers, they will advertise the low price, and other stores may have to match that deal. Being able to widely pick it up for roughly $40  could move a lot of more copies this holiday.

17 mil by end of the year, 25mil lifetime.

This will be way bigger than mw1, i dont understand people who say it wont even outsell the original. cod4 has made the franchise a massive brand and mw2 will benefit off that. Even the mediocre wat sold close to mw numbers because of the huge profile mw has given the series.
