If Sega advertises that, it'll sell

Predictions:Sales of Wii Fit will surpass the combined sales of the Grand Theft Auto franchiseLifetime sales of Wii will surpass the combined sales of the entire Playstation family of consoles by 12/31/2015 Wii hardware sales will surpass the total hardware sales of the PS2 by 12/31/2010 Wii will have 50% marketshare or more by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  It was a little over 48% only)Wii will surpass 45 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  Nintendo Financials showed it fell slightly short of 45 million shipped by end of 2008)Wii will surpass 80 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2009 (I was wrong!! Wii didn't even get to 70 Million)

nice, hopefully this will give the games some more sales.

Honestly, that's not a great bundle.

If Sega wants to make a few dollars they should bundle the two Sonic Adventure games and add Wiimote support.

^ I see your point but i don't agree at all.

In order to generate better sales this is the BEST thing they can do, while maintain a decent profit return. Obviously bundling NMH and RS worked for Ubisoft.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

Did it really help? Or are you just presuming? Maybe they just had a ton of copies they couldn't sell.

Nice. I'll probably get it if it ends up in Sweden as well.

2 games for the price of 1 is an important incentive for Wii customers plus the fact both games are less than a year old. Christmas sales and a giant 2 4 1 sticker implies it will be successful.

@ forest-spirit - that would be great!

But still, if it was a House of the Dead: Overkill and Madworld bundle, I would so buy it! I'm not that interested in the old House of the Dead games. But I hope some people see the value and like the box it comes in. :)

@ Boneitis - remake the old Sonic Adventure games for Wii? That would be a bit expensive. The purpose of bundles like this is probably to spend as little money as possible and breathe some life in stalling. But I do agree on the choice of games could be better when it comes to the House of the Dead one. And they might not want to put a Sonic game with Madworld.

And if Sega wanted to risk porting Sonic Adventure to Wii, then I don't think only two games together would do it. Maybe a bigger part of the Adventure series or with other games maybe?

My mistake. Thought it was Overkill and Madworld.
