I think Heavy Rain will beat it in character detail but that's about it.
Going by what I saw of AC2 at E3, no.

Everything else seems right.

Some of you are forgetting that GOW was the best looking PS2 i have played. I expect 3 to be very impressive.

god3 = 1080p 60fps maybe, details.
ac2 = no
conviction=no.
rage= maybe, but only seen pc builds
heavy rain = characters yes.
alan wake = no... as now u2 looks more impressive especially after nepal and tibet and borneo, way over it.

No way, the character models on UC2 are the best I have ever seen. I don't believe any of those games will even come close. Heavy Rain maybe, but only if they improve from the current trailers.

splinter cell conviction has absolutely nothing on uc2, neither does heavy rain.

alan wake? seriously? Worse pop in and bad textures than u3 engine.

After spending a great deal of time with my U2, I dont know if anything (console related) this gen will top it (IMO).

Doom 3 and Halo 2 on an HDTV looked real enough to me.

I agree with everything CGI said, Uncharted isnt gonna be easy to beat, the ONLY game i think can challenge it would be Alan Wake.
