XD @ YOU. First off, if the situation was remotely close to what Forza 3 is....it WOULDN'T MATTER! Why? Because every PS3 has an HDD, so no consumer gets shafted if there's an install. That's the only gripe people had with F3 being on multiple discs. Arcade owners are basically ignored....

XD @ you for forgetting that parts of the second Forza 3 disc can be loaded onto a memory card, or internal memory. Also, for forgetting that you can get a used 20GB HD for around $20.00 on Ebay. Oh hey, XD @ you for forgetting that the second disc could have just as easily been DLC in which case, you would most likely have to pay for it, Oh hey, lets not forget that people who REALLY want to play that extra content will most likely be using on line, and most people who play online have DLC for the games they play, and to have the DLC they have to have a HD. XD@ you for simply passing by the fact that the 2nd disc is NOT necesary to play the actual game itself and that the second disc is more akin to a hardcopy of DLC...shall I continue???

If I spend $60 on a game, I want the entire package. I sholdn't have to spend an extra $20. I shouldn't have to "pick and choose" which parts of the game are available to me.
Also, quit assuming and generalizing the consumer. There are MANY FEW out there that "really" want content, but don't have an HDD yet. Where do you get off saying "If you want the complete experience, you need to buy all the accessories to play the game"? That'd be the equivalent of Wii Fit not being packaged with the balance board, then Nintendo telling people to go buy the board if they "REALLY want to play". I know the second disc isn't "necessary" to play F3....but it is "necessary" to play ALL of F3.
To say that it could've just easily been DLC...hell, they could have made F3 with just 10 cars and 2 tracks, then said that everything else could "easily be DLC".
So yes, please continue
You = fail

You fail to remeber all parts of the game are avalable to you, would you rather not have the content on the second disc? The second disc is NOT necesary to play ALL of Forza 3, just multiplayer portions. The extra content wouldn't fit on the first disc, so they put it on a second disc, You got a problem with that then don't buy the game, you are not getting ripped off by anybody but yourself for not buing a console with a HD in the first place, or expanding it. Did you know there were other console options available to you? IF a person boght the Arcade model, they would have known full well that they would not be able to use downloaded content, therefore they would either have to upgrade in the future, or go without downloadable content, in which case, extra content just isn't that important to them.
I guess screw MS for offering consumers a choice and screw Turn Ten for offering so much content that is had to span 2 discs. Screw them both to hell for ripping off the idiot consumers!!!! DAMN THEM TO HELL GAMING GODS DAMN THEM TO HELL!!!!
Sorry dude, but the only one who fails here, is you. You fail for forgetting that consumers had a choice, you fail even harder for not wanting the extra content, you fail for not realizing that the second disc is NOT a manditory install, and you absolutely fail for even trying to argue your point!
Hey, are you planning on buying the game? I hope not because you will only be supporting MS ripping off the consumer by offering choice, and Turn 10 for offering MORE content.
