Alright got my predictions up. On the first page in my first post of the thread. I won't be changing those so you can go ahead and add them. Not sure if I'll make DS and PSP predictions but I'll inform you if I get them up before Sunday with a PM.

Well got PSP and DS in there. Really I'm not sure if I like my predictions all that much but they'll have to do. Haha I liked my predictions last year and aside from the Wii they weren't so hot. (Wii was spot on btw).

This year I'm feeling that I may be over predicting either PS3 or 360. I don't necessarily feel they are able to both have a great holiday season at the same time unless one dominates one region and the other dominates the other. I have them pretty much both selling well and not separated by too much (think 360 at $200 in a holiday season setting is still going to play a big factor).

I also have Wii a lot higher than most for similar reason to the 360 and still being the top brand. Not to mention I expect some reasonably better sales in Japan although no real merit to that. Of course I still feel that I may not be giving Wii enough "holiday" credit. Why? Well even though sales were down you still are talking about the top brand. Could have an instance where those who didn't buy it within the year rush to get it at year's end or holidays. Similar thing happens to the PSP and even DS. Although DS does it with great sales anyways. PSP has shown to get pretty sizable boosts in the holidays which is why I still have it at doing pretty fair sales.

Only thing I'm really worried about is PS3. I have it at more of a "safe" sales position but it could due something similar to the PS3 back in Japan in 2007. Have a huge event right before holidays and then come "saturated" into the holiday season. Meaning it was able to garner a large amount of buyers beforehand but not enough to get a mainstream buying base to keep that. Of course it could also go the route of the 360. Which had a large event (price drop) before the holidays got some pretty good boosts and then exploded in the holiday season. I more expect that for Wii actually because it is following similar trends.

So it's a tough prediction for PS3 but for now I like my median prediction. DS prediction I feel pretty good about along with even my 360 prediction. I'm moderately confident about the PSP and Wii prediction. It's just the PS3 prediction. Oh well going to be an interesting holiday season.

Also if anyone wants to know how I came up with my numbers I'd be glad to share them with you.

Ok, from this point forward, can anyone editing any consoles actually put the new 10 weeks figures in a new post.

so if you edit the Wii figures.... put your new set of 10 weeks for the Wii in a new post stating it as your edit.... same for whichever consoles you change.
