For now, but since Slim weekly sales have been close or shifted to PS3. The 360 lead is decent but also includes over 12 months of additional sales, so PS3 could still end up ahead in UK too.

Yes... at least 360 got UK... I don't think Ps3 can ever take over UK...

The ps3 will have Europe now, especially with Gran Turismo 5 coming early next year.  And things are looking good for the ps3 in Japan too.  The biggest area of concern is still the US.  Just seems impossible to get it rolling in the US.

Natal will be Microsoft's trump card next year. They seem to be pushing it a lot more than Sony ever did with the EyeToy/PS Eye. If it is successful, they might take back Europe; although Natal is still a big question mark.

Attach rates are roughly equivalent if not slightly more on the PS3 in Europe.

However I believe we need to mention that the U.K.'s gaming industry has passed that of Japan so it should be considered its own market (even if its part of the E.U.). Microsoft currently dominates the U.K. while Sony has Europe.

Remember, before Natal and price cut next year, Microsoft will market the hell out of Forza 3 in Europe this year, I expect a marketing budget similar to the one for Halo 3.
