Does anybody else think that COD4 and COD5 and the upcoming MW2 are really overrated FPS.

Like Battlefield Company 2, I already can tell is going to be better the MW2 is just i think COD Series is way overrated

Neither cod4 or 5 is overrated.

You aren't alone. I played CoD4 and, while enjoyable, I found it to be very overrated. I didn't care much for the multiplayer at all. The single player was good, but not fantastic. Overall, it's a good solid FPS. I haven't played CoD:WaW, but I don't think I'd like that one all that much either. I'll stick to Resistance, Killzone, and Halo.

As a series...no, I used to think that, then I played COD MWF...I really liked it. I am hyped for MWF2. And Halo is hardly overhyped either. If it was, not as many people would still be enjoying it.

I agree, the series is overrated but they are great and enjoyable games

I kinda stopped caring about the BF series when it jumped to consoles. 60+ player matches can really change the atmosphere of an online match. Dropping it down to 24'ish kinda killed it a little =/
