Indeed. It already has a spot based on the old numbers. I wonder how long it will take to break into the top ten.

It may not be too presumptuous to think it will get that far, I suppose.

Has anyone seen Erik Aston around? Is it normal for him to not sign in for a fortnight?

Well according to ioi and a few others it seems it is on track to have 8 millionish sales by the end of the year. It would have to crash very hard not to edge up close to the top ten at that rate.

New Super Mario Bros Wii is screaming up the charts. It's not even funny. It could breakk into the top twenty before the end of January.

You are quick on the list, The Source, though Mr. Aston combined current-gen multiplats

Above you can see the top fifty games (on a platform basis) for the decade through December 19. Two weeks to go in the decade, but unless Modern Warfare 2 (PS3...needs to sell 700k+) or Gears of War 2 (360...needs to sell 500k+) cracks the list unexpectedly these should be the fifty top games of the decade.

In terms of multiplats, through December 19 I have these 30 as the biggest for the decade...Obviously I'll have an article on both charts when the decadal data is final.
