Don't forget the offline unique Halo 3 players that are untrackable.

How many of those consoles are connected to Xbox Live and playing Halo 3 on Gold membership for Bungie to be even able to track them? Around 22million?

The 32 million figure means nothing when not all of the players are connected to Live to be tracked. It should be 15m for a total install of around 22m consoles.

Does it still not earn your praise?

Congratz Halo3 and Bungie (MS did the hardcore mean marketing but you need the game to pull that off, ask Atari)...

BTW, i hope Bungie shows the new IP soon, they've been working on Halo only since they planned the 1st game for the Mac, i want other amazing games like Marathon and Myth were back then...

No one is saying it is surprising, they are saying it is a huge accomplishment, which it is.
