Might have missed something but I though the Wii price cut only applied to US and Japan (and potential new bundle in UK).However, I see amazon.fr is promoting a price cut to EUR 199 starting Sept 28.

Thanks for the answers, Nintendo are at least serious with the price cut. What a holiday this'll be! Three consoles is too much, one maker will suffer this holiday season... If I had to guess, I'd say the 360 (mainly EU and Japan of course), is going to take a big hit.

I saw some stores here that had Wii bundles with Wii Sports, Wii Sports Resort (with motion+) and an extra remote with motion+ for like 299 or something. Don't think it's an official Nintendo thing though.
