I played through the ps3 demo a couple times and experienced some bad framerate drops. I need to play the x360 version to figure out which one is actually better, but knowing Capcom...

Dude.  I have the demo on 360, and IMO it is a very eye pleasing game.  Fair enough?

got the demo on both consoles, runs okay on both, but the game performs substantially better on the 360. However, the frame rate on the ps3 version does not in anyway harm the game play, its high enough so that you only notice it if you turn on the 360 version.

Regardless though, there is better AA and frame rate on the 360 version. but it's definitely the lead SKU. Incredibly pleased that capcom put the effort into the ps3 version.

The PS3 version looks pretty bad. 360 is more colorful and just looks to have a higher resolution.

I saw both and I must say that I agree with CGI.

1) 360 version a more stable frame rate (locked 30 fps)

2) PS3 had More vibrant color pallet and to me better shader's.

I have tried both demo's aswell. The only difference i really noticed is that the PS3 version has superior lighting. Oh and the green top on the person you control is an actual texture on the 360 wheres as on the PS3 it is just a colour mesh thing.

The funny thing about that though is the worse thing about this game for me is the lighting because it is like the contrast is set to full yh i can change my tv setting obviously but having one setting just for a single game seems a bit much for me lol. So the ps3 is superior in the worse aspect of teh game ;)

Though i agree with you this game is one of them that needs to be seen in motion. It does not look no where as near as bad as these pictures make out. But still not what i am used to in the graphics department, But far from ugly.
