what in greek tv channels you can see greek advirtisements not only for PS3 but for devil may cry resident evil  fifa pro evolution (last year there was one advirtisment of it every 30 minutes i sawit about 200 times !) assassin 's creed and many more gaming has surpassed every expectation here about 8/10 ages 6-18 owns a console but i think some numbers are not counted for example i believe that in greece they are 500,000 ps2 sold and i think i live in japan ha ha

I think you've got it all mixed up about consoles in Greece Mr. PS3 gamer

I live in Greece and I can tell you that walking around Greek shops you'll see much more space given to the PlayStation 2 and the WII games than the PS3 and Xbox 360 ones.  I would even challenge you to take a walk and find out that Xbox 360 seems to have more followers judging by the space provided for videogames.

All these, including your happy announcement for the superiority of PS3 sales is purely your very own speculation and only that. 

Greece does not have an optimised videogame sales data, therefore, there is no way that you can really know what exactly is going on (and giving these percentages about each console's sales is outrageously wrong and childish to say the least since Greek console representatives and Greek video game stores do not reveal relevant information).

You may think that PS3 is the king of sales and I may think it is not.  You can have your opinion and i can look at the stores shelves;  but in the end, one thing is for sure: 

GREECE HAS NOT DEVELOPED AN OFFICIAL DATA TRACK SYSTEM FOR VIDEO GAME SALES

These countries maybe can't compare to US or Japan in terms of "console buying power" but it all adds up (and they are developing).

look at those ps2 sales :o even the ds isn't half way up to that number yet. i wouldn't have expected that

The country people sometimes hardly know the xbox360 exists. The ps3 is just simply the best because its playstation and its sony. Very hard convincing those people otherwise.

Its ok to be a ps3 fan and buy one, but I hate it how ignorant and dumb some people can be. Not too long ago one of my students actually believed you could also play halo on a ps3 and he said he would beat me in the game since he was uberawesome in it.
