No, it's just that ND are using now 100% of the PS3s hardware (GPU+SPU) while in Uncharted 1 they only used 30% of the hardware.
Bet with Dr.A.Peter.Nintendo that Super Mario Galaxy 2 won't sell 15 million copies up to six months after it's release, the winner will get Avatar control for a week and signature control for a month.
So then Uncharted Half-Tuck Racing will look the best when it launches in 2013?

for uncharted 2 they redid almost all the engine now the will likely loook way to optimization.
