Yeah , and the other 35% is the packaging and delivery to retailers of course.



Wow it's gonna be huge if its only 65% done. I sure can't wait! I'd have been satisfied with it being just like GT4 with updated graphics and new cars/tracks but it looks like I'll be getting a whole lot more then that.



God of War III: 60%
Heavy Rain: 50%
Lost Planet 2: 70%

All this games are coming very soon.
Heavy rain had a 2009 release date and rumor has will be launched before Q2.

It is pretty clear these % mean nothing and are totally subjective.

ok, I can confirm that most of these percentages are for the JAPANESE versions of the games.

If you look at inFamous it says 95%. I'm pretty sure inFamous was released in the US and EU markets.
