Well, WKC is getting a re-release not too far from now in Japan with the fixes and additional content (Georama system that Dark Cloud was known for is one thing I know of) that's keeping the US release at bay. Still, we knew there was going to be a second WKC coming, but they should've held off on announcing it (might have announced it because of the slip-up) until next year or so.

That's awesome news, but would be even better if WKC 1 was out.  Hard to get too excited when we're still at least half a year away from playing the first installment.  But any news of jrpgs for the ps3 is great.

Japan is always priority #1 for companies such as level 5, so I don't think they would see any problem in announcing the sequel before the West gets the original. As a comparison, look at what they've done with the Layton series.

Maybe it will be released before that (in Japan)
