Whatever comes out with a peripheral for the Wii and DS, I'll definitely buy; that includes:

  • Dance Dance Revolution: Hottest Party (preordered)
  • Arkanoid (what's up with that? Is it coming out this year or at all? Will it come with the paddle?)
  • Link's Crossbow Training (will it come out this year?)
  • Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles (will it come out this year?)
  • Wii Fit (but won't come out this year)

Anything else I should be aware of? Isn't there some optical sliding game for the DS that works like an inverted mouse?

Edit: Of course, how could I forget Guitar Hero III and Rock Band! I just haven't the foggiest as to when they will be out for the Wii...

I don't know about GT, i haven't checked up on it for a while, last i heard it was coming out '07, but no doubt it's delayed!

as for K2, i was just making a point that i seem very attracted to a certain genre of game.

Haze, Army of Two and UT3 are my 3 definites for this year, should have made that clearer. Probably Assassins and i'd forgotten about PES (being European i there's no way i can not have PES!)

I have a wii now, but i want to play Shin Sangoku Musou 5 so bad (as i'm a big fan of Sango Novel). That means I'm getting either a 360 or PS3 soon.

Game-wise, Money-Wise, 360 should be my choice, but the all the talk about "red ring of death" really scares me, i dont want my house burnt down by a game console.

This is my current list for this year, a "~" indicates an undecided and it will be based on how satisfied I am with current games. If I were going to predict whether or not I would buy those 3 with ~, I would so "likely" for Zak & Wiki as there isn't much else near it. And "unlikely" for CoD4 and UT3 as I will for sure be getting Fire Emblem and that will be holding me over until SMG. I plan to have thoroughly beaten (or given it my best attempt) SMG by Nov 16th when Crysis is released.

The only new game I bought this year before these is Super Paper Mario, as I mostly just buy used games, or borrow them from friends.

Considering getting Umbrella Chronicles, but I'll probably try borrowing it first from a richer friend. Lots of 360 games that I'm going to get eventually like The Orange Box, Bioshock, and Mass Effect, but I don't expect to be getting the console for at least another year now. Nothing on the PS3 that I'd consider buying, except maybe Warhawk if the servers are still running when I finally get the console.
