I never said Valkyria Chronicles was the best selling JRPG this gen, only stating that it outsold Blue Dragon and that The Last Remnant is coming close. It won't outsell Lost Odyssey.

It was mentioned earlier, but the thread itself is about VC outselling BD.

And next stopis "The Last Remnant".

Lost Odyssey will get overtaken in time...

You could have mentioned Monster Hunter, Pokemon, Dragon Quest, Final Fantasy, etc. Those are successful JRPGs. But instead you pull out Wii Sports? I just find that odd.

Lost Oddesey has a more neutral style, which is more appealing to the west, did get ton's of marketing and did get price-cut after a couple of weeks when it was still in the spotlights.

Valkyria Chronicles didn't get one till April and after a year in Japan.

I think that if VCII sales for the PSP are good, the original will get a nice boost too later this year.

^ Yes but u will put in the OP that X360 still has the best selling JRPG for clarification and his name is Lost Odyssey 800,000 copies, so that people dont feel u fooled them. Plz.

Lost Odyssey isnt the best selling JRPG though.

There are plenty of JRPGs this gen that have outsold LO.
