To casual gamers Natal is gonna look better tech. Thats the point here. No controller over controller is massive to a casual. We might not get why, but to granny who doesn't have to hold anyhting it's bliss. little joey who sits at home flicking his wrists in boxing on wii sports can let go of the controller and flail his little arms and legs about. It's this that will captivate the casual gamer.

Yes showing a PSN game will show all or most PS3 games will have 3-D imcorporated into the fold.  I need to see tech here or statements of most PS3 exclusive games or all games will be including this.   I'll give you another try but please don't waste my time, sorry to be harsh but just saying.

Iwonder if Leokind knows the link he posted shows this at the end of the article?

"Invincible Tiger will be available this Thursday (as in tomorrow) on the PS Store, and is out now on Xbox Live."

This 3d game where you can use glasses came out on 360 first. So your comment about 3d + Ps3 Wand is up against 3D + Natal!

So effectively this game debuted with M$ in 3d not Sony. Just saying. Anyone with Xbox Live and special glasses can get this now!

It will be available on live too, but don't think it's on 3d

No, not it will be available but already is. It's been out on Xbox Live since August 26.

And it's in full 3d.

No controller add-on that was released in the middle of a generation has ever had any impact, and Natal won't be any exception.

First, it won't have a 100% attach rate, which means that third-party devs aren't going to put as much effort into it.

Second, the price will drive most people away.

Third, it doesn't have the software to drive it the Wiimote and the DS' stylus and touch screen took off because of the excellent software that Nintendo made available from the beginning.

Consoles owned: Saturn, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, PSP, DS, PS3

^ You realise when it is released, Natal comes with the 360 out of the box? Meaning it will definately be supported by 3rd parties. Also you have no idea what the software is, I'm sure their will be a new type of software we have never before seen, and cannot be ported to Wii.

Pricing will likely stay the same or drop. £159 360 with Natal + games package. A year from now, thats a given.

One thing is for sure, M$ know marketing! M$ has their marketing and SONY has their 1st and 2nd parties second to none. Gonna be interesting.

It depends on Sony to be honest.

If Sony can establish the PSEye by the time natal comes out, the estimated cost at this point and with the Wii....it may just be a ho hum type of add on to be honest.

If Sony fumble the headstart and the PSEye isnt marketed Natal could be successful.

See, both these add ons are comming around the same time and do similar things. I am guessing SONY will PK it with systems as well. It is gonna be tough for either one to be system sellers, IMHO. It will all come down to SW, which was why the Wii was successful from the get-go.

Another thing to note; EyePet will really help SONY with the Motion Controles later on, as well. And I see it being big!

To you maybe.  I guess that's why opinions are like assholes... everyone's got one. Very interesting, tho is 360 fanboys only seeing Natal and not the Motion Controller. The Motion Controller seems to really work and well, too!
