I think that Pikmin 3 will be shown this fall. I think this because Reggie said that Nintendo likes to surprise people and that mr. Miyamoto had his round table to do back at E3 2009. When he did his roundtable nothing on Pikmin was shown. So I was thinking why would Reggie say that if it wasn't going to be there. He also said that they have to limit what to announce at E3 due to the size of the booths. Reggie also said that there wasn't enough time to show everything at E3. So maybe they limited it and saved Pikmin 3 for the fall. I will also make a bold prediction and say that Pikmin 3 will come out in 2009 at least in Japan.

I would say that is pretty likely Pikmin 3 will be at the fall conference in some form. I say it is extremely unlikely that it releases in any region in 2009. With the soonest I think it could release in Japan being Q2 2010, but I hope I'm wrong.

Pikmin 3 is a possibility though.

guys, you realise pikmin 3 is being made by the same people doing NSMBWii right? the game is still in the demo phase. we will be lucky to get it in 2010

Agree with Woopah. Pikmin 3 probably still hasn't gotten off the ground in any meaningful way yet. Much greater chance of seeing a Zelda trailer than a Pikmin 3 one (not saying that will happen either, but if it were a choice between the two, Zelda's the one)

We already have a zelda wii we don't need anthor unless its a new wind waker than I'll buy it first day! But what
bothers me is what's the plot in pikmin 3 what will they collect.

Maybe they'll announce that they will stop manufactoring "Pikmin new play control" and release Pikmin, Pikmin 2, and Pikmin 3 on a dual layer disc with Wii Controls...Pikmin Trilogy
