Some people might flame me for this, but honestly this is the sort of thing that makes me cringe whenever I see China try and complain about its intellectual property being violated. It seems copyright only matters to them when its their material being copied. Everyone else is fair game.

It won't matter if Ninty tries to sue, because they's have to sue in a Chinese court and who wants to go to a chinese court? Besides, they'll just claim the Japanese VG giant stole the idea from China. That's just how Comunist Read: corrupted governments work.

They did the same thing with Supervision pirates back in the NES days. Only it was N. Korea claiming Nintendo stole their IP's (Like Korea made mario), the Korean courts refused to hear the case. End of story.
