While it is generally true that all users of each console are in essence of varying degrees of intelligence it has come to my attention that PS3 owners of the singular 8th generation type are in some cases woefully understaffed in the brain cell department although of course your mileage may vary. (you're probably right, although I might get off the hook due to other people using in this thread as well..)

Most forums do have a specific list of bannable offenses. But I notice that banning and, to a larger extent, not banning seems to get more focus here than on other forums. And it's for that reason that I'm ok with their not being a set list. There's an awful lot of descretion involved in moderating this place. And it might actually make it harder to mod with an infallable list that has no regard for context.

Or I might just be too lazy to write out a decent set of rules. I may skim some other forums for their rules sections and see if there is anything good that I can steal from them.
