Wth was that finish.... Lesnar simply has lost respect for the business.... Again. Get rid of him.

I just had SummerSlam playing in the background, so I didn't actually see it.  But wasn't that cut planned?

If it was.. That's even worse. Orton, one of the few championship contenders on smackdown demolished by a part timer on raw for what? He genuinely looked knocked out. Cena is gone, thank God he put styles over clean... Probably the next number 1 contender for the wwe championship. Who then? Orton? After that? Ziggler again? They've been booking alot better recently..... To do that is simply rubbish.

Orton shouldn't have been put in that situation. He's barely back from injury ffs....

Everything around it made it seem planned, like Shane running down and Lesnar attacking Orton while the doctor was working on him.

However, it looked like Lesnar caught Orton with a legit elbow and opened up a huge gash on his head.  It's hard to believe that was on purpose, though it is possible that they intended for Brock to give him a hardway cut and he just hit him way too hard.

My guess is that Lesnar was supposed to pound Orton until the ref called the fight.  Everything seemed staged.  If they did intend for a cut to happen there, I doubt it was supposed to be that bad.  In that case, Lesnar gets less blame, as it has to be really hard to gauge how hard it is to hit someone to draw blood, and more blame goes to the WWE in general for planning a really terrible and unsafe finish, especially with the main event.

I've watched it again... Lesnar is incredibly stiff. Elbows to the head when the opponent is on the ground is illegal in the ufc. It was done here. Lesnar really should be punished. Have to wait until raw to see what happens. Was more likely planned than not.. It just got out of hand.

Honestly, a bunch of my friends were watching with us, and we were just lost for words. We were confused by the two championship matches being where they were on the card and on top of that this ending. Basically if we stopped at Rollins vs Finn, this would have been a great PPV, but the way it continued just arrrgh.

All round, I thought it was a decent ppv. A decent amount of solid matches. A couple of botches, specifically in the wemons match but everyone has off days. Brought the match back too. Well done ladies. Just skipped the wemons tag mostly. Jeri-ko have good in ring chemistry too. Wouldn't expect less from those two though. Enzo actually showed some decent offence in the match too! Solid.

Not the biggest fan of Cena but wow. What a match he and Styles put on. Well done gentleman! Good on Cena to work really hard and put over Styles in such a great manner. Crowd appreciated it too. He deserved the claps he received from a hostile crowd.

Ziggler vs Ambrose was a decent match too. I couldn't find Ziggler all that credible though given how poorly he's been booked in... Forever. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come.

Balor vs Rollins was a solid match too. Good spots. Generally big ones as the crowd tried to hijack the show. Really expected Rollins to win here. Wish he did. It makes more sense and I don't want Balor to be the next Reigns. Hated because he's simply being pushed hard.... He's better than that.

Rusev vs Reigns... What rubbish. Is reigns still being punished? I doubt it. Booked quite strong here. Rolled through Rusev like he was nothing. Disappointing.

Orton Vs Lesnar... Well... I'm not going to bother posting about it here. Said enough in other posts.

Overall... A decent 6.5-7 out of 10. The card looked amazing before the ppv too. Only to go to waste toward the end.

I guess my only question with the planned scenario is the referee decision. I don't think I ever heard of a match ending in a TKO. Especially a pro wrestling match.

Summerslam was a good show until the last hour. The last hour was horrible. Was the shit between Reigns and Rusev necessary? And why was the United States Championship match scheduled after the WWE World and WWE Universal championship match?

Lesnar and Orton was all hype for nothing... How many moves had Orton in the whole match? 3 or 4? The finish was a joke too... Definitely the biggest disappointment of the year...

The Universal Championship looks awful... Who in the hell had the idea to design this title like this? It's the same belt like the WWE World Championship only in red... With the Woman's Championship there are now 3x the same belt only in different colours... And to make Balor win the belt was a dumb decision... Imo this guy is very overrated. He is bad on the mic and nothing special in the ring. Despite this he has been only for 1 month in the main roster now and is already getting a huge push... This push is even worse than the Reigns push imo... Why is nobody complaining here? Rollins has worked very hard for the last 2 years and would have deserved this win so much more than Balor and Rollins is much more talented than Balor.

Match of the night goes to Styles and Cena both delivered one hell of a fight and I am so glad that Styles won clean. Cena leaving his arm band in the ring after the match was a great symbole too.

Jeri-KO could be a big thing in the future. I already said months ago that a team between Jericho and Owens could work very good and I even said that the tag name should be Jeri-KO and now it's true. XD I hope that we are looking at future tag team champions.

The Ziggler and Ambrose match was ok. Ambrose looked too much like a heel for me and Ziggler could have been more offensive considering he probably won't have any World title matches in the near future anymore.

Overall I would say that the PPV was ok. The first 3 hours were good but sadly the last hour was horrible and too much hyped.

Honestly, I stopped watching when it was Orton and Lesnar. I knew the match was going to be terrible. Lesnar just doesn't give a shit and Orton needs someone good to work with or else he's bad. Two bad people in the ring = a disaster.

The red belt looked good to me. I don't know why people are complaining about 3 similar looking belts. The woman's title is supposed to look like that because it's supposed to be on par with the world title. Having the "Universal" title look like the world title, is again, to create consistency. It's supposed to be on par with the world title. It being red is to signify it's the Raw title. I wouldn't be surprised if the world title becomes blue down the line or the universal title becomes blue when the title swaps shows.

About the lack of talent, for the titles is exactly what I was talking about when I was complaining about the roster split. There isn't enough high level talent in WWE. Should Balor get the title? Yeah, he's no worse than Rollins. He was also the first leader of the bullet club, so he has to have some talent (Haven't seen his New Japan work nor his NXT work).

I still think they should have a heel turn for Balor when AJ wins the title from Ambrose. Have the "Club" win both titles on opposite shows. Maybe bring in Kenny Omega to help out Styles on Smackdown and have him take out the Miz and get the IC titles. Universal and Tag Titles will belong to "The Club" on Raw and World Title and IC Title will belong to "The Club" on Smackdown. They can have a pretty damn good story going on for a year or two and then have Cena come back to finish his fued against AJ. Cena can make another stable for Smackdown, maybe even have someone make a stable on Raw (I would actually make Rollins the head). I actually wouldn't mind Cena even taking the belt back in that situation because the story would be so well done and make sense and you can run this story over a few years.

So Finn Balor is already gone? Such a short title reign. Shorter than Daniel Bryan. The matches have been ok I suppose. Bailey has been the highlight for Raw.

Man, such a damn shame that Balor's reign has to end so soon, ESPECIALLY since WWE was dead set on pushing him forward, and then to have this happen... there's nothing more deflating as a pro wrestler than that.
Was beyond happy to see Bayley tho!!!

Holy Shit!
I was NOT expecting that ending to RAW at all!!

I like Finn Balor, but I do feel like God punished Vince pushing him WAY too soon. That spot could have went to Cesaro, Rusev, or the guy that they put the belt on last night....

I would also like to add that IMPACT Wrestling has been pretty entertaining the last few months. The bit with the Hardy Boys has been hilarious. Brother Nero #Obsolete Mule.
