I would say the Vertebreaker/Kudo Driver.  The person taking the bump is totally helpless.

The traditional piledriver is still one of the worst, of course.   Generico's Brainbuster is nasty, especially when he does it on the edge of the ring.

One of the ugliest things I've ever seen was when Kanyon and Raven broke a Mexican wrestler's neck on Nitro with some kind of powerbomb/neckbreaker.  As soon as I saw them botch it, I froze.  I just knew the guy was dead.  That was scary.  At least Raven knew right away immobilize his neck and head.

Edit:  All Piledrivers are banned in the WWE without prior permission.  Only a few of the stronger guys are allowed to use them.  Many other organizations have similar rules.

You can use Piledrivers in WWE.  It's a specific one that's banned, holding a guy belly to belly to use it I think.  It's also unfortunate that the Tombstone is Undertaker's only.  It was nice to see others use it.  Owen used to use it.

Not according to most places online.

"The piledriver was banned in WWE in 2000, unless the wrestler has special permission to use the move.[3] In a discussion in 2007, Stephanie McMahon said that only two wrestlers were allowed to use the move, "two of the stronger guys", Undertaker and Kane."  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piledriver_(professional_wrestling)

Interesting, I guess the hearsay was wrong.  Oh well.

You guys want to know what the WWE Divas division needs?

Kana wins the JWP Openweight Championship

Kana is not afraid to put herself in the line of fire. In 2010, her joshi manifesto – which called for wrestlers who aren’t worth anything to quit the business, stop wrestling like women and to refrain from using blatantly fake moves – caused some annoyance because of its brash nature, and she has been accused of working unnecessarily stiff in her early years despite being asked to tone it down.

The controversy was incorporated into her character when she starting wrestling for SMASH, as saw her become the first Divas Champion in the promotion. She then became a part of SMASH’s replacement and looked likely to win the Wrestling New Classic Women’s Championship, but quit the promotion at the end of last year after claiming that they owed her four months’ pay. In a weird twist of fate, walking away from WNC may have been the most prudent move she has made in her 9-year career, as it saw her take more bookings for JWP and lead to today – where she won the Openweight Championship for the first time from Arisa Nakajima.

The win in Tokyo’s Korakuen Hall is certainly a controversial one, as Kana is strictly a freelancer and while she has taken more bookings for the promotion, she is hardly a regular – in fact, this was her fifth appearance in JWP in 2013. The situation was further exacerbated after the match when Kana took the microphone and publicly declared that she had “taken the spirit of JWP”, ostensibly ripping the heart out of the promotion itself. This led to the locker room emptying to get at her, with Command Bolshoi being one of the most significant leading the charge.

Kana’s victory is similar to Emi Sakura‘s Openweight Title win on October 28 last year when she was infiltrating the promotion while establishing her own Gatoh Move brand. An outsider is in possession of the oldest active championship in joshi puroresu, and now it is up to the regular roster to wrest it back.  --  http://ringbellesonline.com/2013/08/18/kana-wins-the-jwp-openweight-championship/

JWP: Pure Slam 2013 – Pure Kana   (excerpt)

Three backhand blows and a head kick later and Arisa was out, cold. Kana put on the Kana Lock anyway the ref called for the bell shortly after. I cheered. The guy behind me, the unconvincing ‘boo’ stormed out in anger. Most everyone else was just in shock. The fans got Pure Wrestling (it was an excellent match), but not how they wanted it. Things got worse.

The title not being enough, Kana decided to take Arisa’s dignity too. She painted Arisa’s face with the nose and whiskers of a guinea pig, posed for photos, then kicked her in the head once more. This brought the JWP roster into the ring with Command Bolshoi and Manami Katsu actually laying hands on Kana as the rest of the wrestlers tried to separate them.

It was an ugly scene. The fans were livid. Kana got on the mic and said she didn’t need their support, and chastised them for being foolish enough to think she wouldn’t walk away with the title. Pure Hate.

The JWP faithful are used to outsiders agitating things, but Akira Hokuto never took their title. Emi Sakura never embarrassed their idol. Hailey Hatred tried to fight the entire locker-room at once. Kana, as she promised years, has brought something new to JWP and all of Joshi wrestling.

While the Arisa supporters responded with vitriol, everyone else, including the media, responded with interest usually reserved for retirements. After the departures of Yuzuki Aikawa and Ayumi Kurihara, this was something Joshi needed. Joshi Puroresu is exciting again, thanks to a woman that some feared wanted to destroy it. Pure Kana.  --  http://www.dirtydirtysheets.com/2013/08/28/jwp-pure-slam-2013/

How awesome is that?  Not that Kana isn't bad-ass (she is) but it's the situation itself that I love.  Yes, it's possible because Kana, even though she is a freelancer, is considered the cream of the crop, but even then, you don't see freelancers winning Championships.  You don't see the promotions top signed star getting beaten cleanly and humiliated.  That they're willing to run with a storyline like that is so awesome because it cuts right through what people expected to happen and leaves them stunned.  Serious props to JWP.

I would kill to see something like this happen in the WWE.

WWE would implode if they had a proper women's division. Though I'd love to see Natalya, allowed to actually wrestle, wrestle Kana.

I don't think TNA is gonna survive past the year O_O. Ortiz and Jackson were pulled from Bound For Glory by Bellator. I keep reading Carter (Not Dixie) wants to sell. Talent cuts. How much longer do you think they have?

That's really, really hard to speculate on.  I've been hearing that rumor for years with the same lack of sources.

Not that it would matter all that much, as Spike probably wouldn't let their highest rated show disappear.  TNA should be doing pretty well for itself.  I know a lot of people compare it to the WWE but that's ridiculous.  If TNA isn't making money then there is a problem with the budget and with management.  If Carter wants to sell his stake, I'm sure someone would put together an investment group to buy it.  I wouldn't mind seeing Jeff Jarrett buy majority ownership, as he already has a substantial stake as it stands now.

The BEST scenario would be for a telecommunications group to buy in.  That's the only want TNA or any other organization will ever come close to the WWE.  Television deals make or break wrestling promotions.

The rumours before weren't really founded cause they still had their roster.  TNA's a shadow of it'self.  I'm really worried.

You guys know its fake, right?
