so i was talking to my friend today and he was telling me about how his ps3 he had for about 2 or 3 years has a problem, his games freaze 10 minutes into the game. its not his games fault either because even his new madden 10 does that. did this happen to anyone here yet?

The launch ps3 models has like 2% chance of getting the YLOD. Compare that to the 33% chance of getting RROD on early 360s. Almost all launch model electronics have some sort of problem, but the 360s RROD is just retarded.
