I'm assuming he means this:

1. They will not be shipping any more for the fiscal year or if they do, it will be a miniscule amount.

2. They will not ship 1 million in the West.

I'm not sure, but I'm guessing that's what he meant.

In Japan used copies flood the market within two weeks so the retailers suffer dearly when they overpurchase video game disks.
