My biggest concern is whether or not you got your ass kicked when you collapsed in pain. If you went out a winner, at least you can hold your head high. (and slightly to one side with crooked shoulders)

I think the worst injury I ever got from Wii Sports was in my pride, in a game of 2 player Golf. I will never forget that moment.
I played through the wrench and got age 23.
I should probably take this time to point out that I'm actually fairly fit, and this wasn't a case of my poor videogame prone body snapping under the stress of light physical exertion. Just a crazy and fairly funny freak accident.

In Wii Sports, I found boxing to be the most strenuous. My biceps get way too strained if I don't stretch.

things like that can happen without even exercising, although whether its the same cause biologically i dunno, but twice before i think i must have slept strangely or something and for 2 or 3 days i couldn't turn my neck left, and although i could hold my shoulders straight it was less painful to be at an angle.
