This guy is a cosplayer from China here, "cross"playing as a female anime character. He's around 23 years old but I can't remember exactly his name though. He's supposedly quite famous for his cosplays there, together with another Chinese cosplay by the name of MaiWai who did a well-known cosplay of Tifa, and crossplay of Yazoo and Kadaj from FF7-Advent Children, Rikku form FFX, Nanao from Bleach etc...

Crossplaying is usually Female -> Male, but this guy's quite pro.

Don't post racist insults saying that East Asian guys are "gay" just because many of them tends to too more androgyneous than us past their puberty age (i.e. their faces matures to a lesser extend than we do). ;)
