@squarehead, i think they are specially since m$ wasnt known for rpg's at all till this gen. sales are improving with each jrpg that comes out.

Actually no they are getting worse with every new one. LO set the bar, and then everyone that came out after that failed to come close to it.

It could be that LO is what 360-owners want and those other rpg:s fail to deliver. I would buy LO2 day one.

It would be great, if someone can post some non-FF RPG sales from last gen (or even older). I have feeling, that not much RPG breaks million even before.

Yeah, especially SO sold bad for a franchise which used to sell 1200-1500k worldwide, and it should be mentioned that TLR, LO and IU did get price-cut's after a couple of weeks. dunno about the others.

Is FFXIII the only JRPG that´ll be a million seller in the West this generation?

WRPGs have been kicking ass this gen.

Lost Odyssey not forcing you to keep grinding (since there´s a 'level cap' in each area) is a major plus in my book.

i think lost odyssey 2, has a outside chance to double its sales from the 1st game, if they make one and keep it mostly the same, with slight improvements.
