Does it have to be?  DO we see a giant letters that say xbox 360 only after halo 3? No we see the platforms its only, and its only on xbox 360, so that means, its xbox 360 only.

And yes there is a exclusive deal for a time frame.

How many times do we have to state this Kojima has Very little say on to where it goes, its Konamis game and they decide



                 With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Game trailers-Halo 3 only dissapointed the people who wanted to be dissapointed.

Bet with Harvey Birdman that Lost Odyssey will sell more then Blue dragon did.

Capcom have always been like that though, it was not a surprise and it was nothing new. Capcom took Resident Evil off the PS2 and put it exclusive on the Gamecube after the success of the PS1 and then screwed Nintendo by putting the series back on the PS2 again. The situations totally don't compare. Capcom have never been has defensive as Kojima is with MGS4. EVER.

Of course Nomura and Kitase have more say, its developed and published by the same company,

MGS4 is not published by Kojima, its by Konomi or whoever, and they get to decide.

Its not like SE and Konomi have betrayed companys many times, just look at DQ 9 being ds, is that no backstabbing sony? They did it for profits, and you can bet your ass Konomi would do it for MGS4 if the profits were there

yea i would have to agree with your statement.. kojima has always babied MGS .... URnotE does sorta make a point.... i have never seen a trailer of DMC4 that says ps3 only on it.. like some have claimed..... if someone finds one id love to be informed.....

To soriku and others if you owned multiple consoles you wouldnt have this problem.... maybe you should consider getting that beloved 40gb lol

@URNotE its not a double standered, you just needed to pick better exsamples aka non first party games, MGS and FF are both 3rd party hence they could go multiplatform, why not say dead rising 2, lost planet, doa, Hitman, bioshock or heck, even say these games are sony timed exclusives, its not so much trolling, as it seems a waste of time since sony would have to buy the rights or MS offer them.

to cap its more the games you chose, it would be like me going hey Resistance: Fall of Man, is going on the 360 and wii, which wont happen.

so no bias just bad choice of examples

If Konami had full say the game would have gone months ago, they don't have total control. Period.

And what does DQ9 have to do with anything? Different situation. There was no misleading backstabbing information with that. They announced it for the DS straight, no problem with that. FF not the same though, not only did the ADD "For PLAYSTATION 3 ONLY" to the TGS trailers but Nomura reported to Famitsu that they are only making the games on the PS3 and that the PS3 was KEY aspect to the games and that the hardware makes all their dreams for the games possible.

Sony also has a exclusive deal with MGS4 at least a certain time period, take that into consideration?

When Square announced that the new FF would not be on a nintendo console, but on the playstation, they did that becaus it would be CHEAPER. Companys do it for money.

another reason i believe MGS4 is not going multi is because of MGSOnline.. i see that as another way for them trying to get more profits... you can call me a troll all you want but like i said I Have A good enough reputation on here to prove all of you wrong on that for the people who think it
