um...... okay..... Nice use of censorship.

Though that is funny.

It's good to see this thread back on topic, the negativity was becoming outrageous.

Good. Doesn't really affect me, as I shoved a 320GB HDD in my PS3 and haven't looked back. However, before that I had a 40GB drive and it was painful.

It still ticks me off that my 360 has a 20GB drive because there's no way in hell I'm paying Microsoft's grossly inflated prices for a simple hard drive.

LOL.

Wow, nice job!

It's Naughty Dog, IMO, the industry's greatest developer, behind Quantic Dream of course

They know what they're doing.

That's a joke right?

Ok so we have games that look MILES better than RE5, and Lost planet on the PS3 that do not need installs, and yet they need 5GB on the HDD to run as well as the 360 version..

RE5 looks incredible although it certainly doesn't push as much detail and animation as U2 seems to push (RE5 is a slower game with limited movement and not many big -busy- stages) RE5 programmers didn't bother with many particle effects and physics either (the water sucks for one, and there's really no interaction between the water and gameplay -that's just an example). But raw graphics nobody will deny it looks amazing, but we can certainly say the "Unchated 2 engine" crushes the RE5 engine. So it's probably the old tale of third parties screwing up the PS3 version because they'd just rather be lazy (and spend less money) since they have to boxed the game inside a DVD anyway for the ruling (over the PS3) 360, and they couldn't care less to throw a non-optimized port.

It was the "shoved a _ in my _" that really got me started. I wonder if that was intentional.
