On topic: It would be a huge loss, but why would they port MGS to xbox if every MGS that has touched the xbox has sold extreemly bad.

It really depends whether those games were multiplatform, or exclusively on 360. Fact is: if PS3 gamers can buy the games, they don't care if they're also on 360. PS3's brand name will favour Sony's versions of the game.

 

But if MS completely buys up the rights, then Sony is dead. A decent price cut is looking probable considering the recent news, but what Sony needs more than anything is DECENT games. A LOT of decent games.
