Jason Bradbury of the Gadget Show reviews the brand new PSP go.

Json says Psp Go is slightly uncomfortable and that he doesn't see current PSP or iPhone owners to buying the new PSP go, buthe believes that maybe DS owners would want to upgrade to the new console.

I don't really care about iPhone comparisons, either from an ergonomic standpoint or technical capabilities. But I am interested to see that this guy thinks the physical handling with the Go is qualitatively worse than the 3000 (2000? 1000?). Given I don't much like the ergonomics of the PSP (albeit I've only tried out the 2000) I'm even less inclined to get the Go than I was before seeing this; though I was always unlikely to get any sort of PSP anyway. I am by far a home console & PC gamer, with my interest in handhelds being somewhere down with my interest in belly-button lint.

Actually, what am I even doing in this thread?

I find the PSP 2000 a little cramp for gaming. So the go is starting to worry me.

Go Team Venture! I still don't get the Wii, PS Move,  and Kinect.

$250 PSP Go will not sell well.

Everyone needs to play Lost Odyssey! Any opposition to this and I will have to just say, "If it's a fight you want, you got it!"

I´m a home console and pc gamer just like you and have beaten more than 500 games.. I never liked portable consoles until 2 weeks ago when i bought psp 3000. I must tell you i´m very happy with the psp 3000, great graphics, great gameplay, great games, only miss the second stick. Still prefer by far home consoles and pc, but the psp 3000 is now a part of my life. Get a psp, you won´t be disappointed.

i like the HTC hero its android based =).

but i enjoy more nokia S60 N97, it does  everything even play flash videos.

not as much eye candy but  i like being  able to use quickoffice to read my documents and flash support to watch videos.

The Gadget show is reasonably respectable here in uk land, so I wouldn't dismiss him straight off however I will take point with people who are stupid enough to claim folks with psp won't buy a Go...OF COURSE THEY WON'T BUY A GO, THEY ALREADY OWN A BLOODY PSP, WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU BUY A NEW CAR WHICH IS PRETTY MUCH THE EXACT SAME ONE YOU HAVE IN YOUR GARAGE!!!

Seriously, how can anyone argue that psp owners will want to buy another one? Did 1k owners all rush out to buy the 2k and so on? So why now? This is obviously aimed at people who don't currently own one so folks throwing tantrums and claiming this won't get psp owners to buy a new psp should realise that it was never meant to.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

I think he must be wrong on the price. If they price it at 250 GBP then it simply wont sell.

MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.
