Who said it was the new IP? Mitsuhide? All he said was that a lot of Rockstar's new games seem to be ending up Sony exclusives, what with LA Noire, whatever their new IP is they're working on, and Now this.

                 With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

i used to subscribe to the xbox magazine and they used to announce when games went ps2 exclusive all the time but my only concern is the person who made the article didnt post any scans of the book...

MS doesn't have any control over Rockstar, Sony must have gotten to them first about the next GTA game, either that or Rockstar just likes them more. Nothing says "join me" like a blank check.

Yeah, I'd agree it was a joke, but only if it was April 1. Also saying that "MS wouldn't let this happen" was about the same thing I was saying about Sony regarding Bioshock.
