GTA = old hat by then

I wonder if R* has any preference to Sony. I mean all bribes and checks aside... would they prefer Sony to MS?

Thats what I heard, the lack of disc space and the lack of a standard hard drive were holding up the 360 version, maybe Rockstar decided that PS3 hardware is more to their liking. Or maybe they feel like trying out that rumored 100-200 gig blu ray disc that may or may not be out by then.

We can't kid ourselves here either...Sony DOES buy exclusivity...but with the losses they are having on each ps3 sold, they can't afford to pay for it right now.  So, it makes sense with this announcement, pay for exclusivity in a couple of years when you're not taking a loss on each unit.

 Eitherway, major news for the ps3 IF TRUE...GTA is definitely a AAA game.

so i guess that Rockstar has gone ps3 exclusive after Midnight club...GTAIV and Bully 2... Dam so that rumor is slowly turning out to be true.... RED Dead REvolver 2 L.A. Noire and a couple other games are next..
