Forums - Website Topics - Can we add a console to the database? 32x

you can't play sega cd or 32x games without the sega cd or 32x either, for completions sake, they are counted as consoles by most.

Yeah, but it needs the Genesis' processor to work. Take off the 32X, and the Genesis plays games just fine.

well if we add the 32X which I would like to see added, we should also add the E-Reader, have games for that that need adding

I don't mind the E-reader being added, all I know is, I have games in my collection I can't add and I want to, their not genesis titles, so it should have it's own section.

Note: Some games in my collection are no longer owned, but have owned.

I don't mind adding the console (it doesn't matter what these normal forum people say ) I just haven't checked recently and I know one console is combined with something, but I can't remember what I'll look into getting the console added sometime soon.

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy
In the past we played games. In the future we watch games. - Forest-Spirit

it's not the 32x i'm sure, i've looked everywhere on this site :p

I use this site more for its database than sales, it's a really great collection that seems ever growing, so it should be a goal to complete it, and things like 32x are a part of gaming history.

I would think that the 32X could be considered its own system, if nothing else than for the fact that the games produced /were/ revolutionary for its time. I remember mine had Doom and some Star Wars game for it before I had moved on, and both looked miles above the SNES and Genesis at the time.

Unfortunately I think the OP and myself are the only ones that actually owned the system so that may be a problem.

Doom on 32x aside the graphics was actually super botched compared to the snes version, nice to have it still though. And yeah star wars was neat back in the day.

The system is pretty crappy but, I think it had some small potential that never got touched. As is I have like 10 games for it, nothing special.

well we have the Virtual Boy so...

i have to agree the graphics were great for the 32x but the music was better on the snes also if they didn't release the 32x at the time they did it probably would have sold better

ot: it would be nice if we had a 32x section

seems there's enough demand, I mean, for all intents and purposes the 32x was a much bigger success than the virtual boy, netting like 3x the games and general sales I believe, so I don't see why we have one and not the other available.
