Forums - Gaming Discussion - The best silent protagonist

The main characters who only speak by our decisions and push of a button, which game has the best one? And why is he so cool?

Persona 3

- He can summon dozens of demonic creatures by shooting himself to the head, how cool is that?!

- He's a badass pimp and can have (by my calculations) 5 girlfriends at the same time!

- He can improve his social skills by drinking coffee, singing in a karaoke and eating in a Burger King!

- He's good at everything he's doing

- He looks like an emo but really isn't

- Headphones

Your choice is how you say... very homosexual.

The correct answer is the guy from Fable. He gets tons of broads (and guys if you'd like) and kills dragons. That's pretty bad ass in my opinion.

Well, i figure its only a couple posts before someone brings up the Nintendo heroes. Might as well post it now.

Link or Samus (although in Fusions shes not so silent).

Link. There's really no competition here as I see it.

The guy from Bioshock is pretty cool as well.

Silent Protaganists are shell charactesr, they don't really have a personality nor usually talk or they just don't talk at all. They're made that way so you can project your character and personality into them.

My picks are:

Link
Gordan Freeman
Master Chief
The Space Marine from Doom

Link

Mute from GTA3.

Claude (GTA III)
Gordon Freeman
Jack (Bioshock)
